Shipping

Once an order is placed, we try to adhere to the shipping schedule we have established. Once the order is ready for shipment, it is taken by UPS or New Penn. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your own order at our business.

Generally we ship everything but the following items by UPS:

  • Length with pieces over 8'
  • Boxes with length and girth adding to more than 130" (130" = 10' 10")
This works well as a general rule of thumb, but a carrier is not chosen until the order is packaged and we can be sure which method will be most cost effective. If you would like an order to be shipped by one or the other, or if you would like to pick up the order yourself, let us know when you place your order.

UPS

Orders are shipped by UPS unless the order is large or contains lengths over 8'. We use UPS Ground, unless an expedited service is requested at time of order.

Orders are shipped with New Penn when they are large or contain lengths over 8'.
